Lets be adults here, and not resort to name calling. To be honest I didn't realize someone was this upset over a truck engine

So given what you just posted. 2.3l deliveries got delayed, and the 2.7l deliveries slide right to match the 2.3l delivery delay. Nothing has changed still.

In maybe easier to follow terms. 2.3l in August and 2.7l in December (Winter is Dec 21). We moved August to January and December to August. This isn't exact, and just an example.

The strike started in late summer.

Late summer is september. Summer ends sept 22.

The strike started in mid september. sept 15.

That image does not prove that ford "failed before the strike". Infact it enforces the fact that the strike is what delayed the 2.7 engine.

September is fall, That's when it literally starts,
and the strike was 40 days.... That ended 90 days ago..... still nothing.

no...summer ends sept 22. therefore late summer is mid-late september.

this is a fact.

yes, the strike pushed dates back significantly. that still doesn't mean that "ford failed before the strike". other than maybe a 1-2 week delay in job 1, ford was pretty much on schedule till the UAW threw a wrench into the process.

OHHHH 7 DAYS and you think it's somehow the worker's fault for wanting to get paid for working.
Never seen anyone so mad that the Fall begins in September.🤣
Must really make you mad that Ford failed before the strike.

yeah this is not what i said.

job 1 was early september for the first batch of orders. after the initial batches got built, they'd offer the 2.7 for job2.

the strike happened in september (late summer), delaying job 1 for ~2 months.

the strike delaying job 1, delayed job 2 from late summer to late winter/early spring 2024 (when the 2.7 should be offered). by the time the strike ended, it was christmas break which added further delays into early january. job 1 started the first week of january. we are 2 weeks into job 1 now.

this isn't my opinion. this is documented extensively on this website. if you're unable to go look at the threads explaining this, i'm not sure what to tell you.

again, no, not what i said.

"the 2.7 will be offered in late summer" means the option would become available for orders in late summer. it doesn't mean that they would be delivered in late summer. you still would be waiting your turn to get built.

job 2 was never september. it was never october.

again, this is documented on this website. go read.

Are you unable to read? Job 2 build dates were originally estimated for january, with the order banks for job 2 opening in mid-september on the original roadmap.

The strike + christmas break will likely add 3 months to that date. Job 2 will likely start around early april.

you made a claim that was wrong and now you're just spamming emojis. if you spent more time reading the stuff that has been talked about 100 times on this forum instead of spamming you might actually know what's going on.

you clearly do not understand the difference of "job 2 starts" and "order banks for job 2 open". these two events are months apart.

yes, thanks for proving my point.

if fall starts in late september, that means summer ends in late september. that means late summer is mid-late september.

it took you this long to admit that i'm right?

Are you unable to comprehend?
The strike has been over for twice as long as it went on for....
And you somehow blame the workers for wanting to get paid? 🤣😂🤣
Never seen someone so mad that the fall begins in September.
read what i've already said slowly. the UAW strike ended as thanksgiving + christmas break was starting. this added over a month to the delays.

do you not think workers deserve thanksgiving and christmas breaks? or are you just another person that expects them to work through every holiday because you feel entitled? lol

again this is all stuff that has been discussed over and over on this forum.

at this point you've shown you're unable to read and comprehend things that have been discussed to death on this forum. i'm not sure what else to tell you. the strike went on for 2 months, add another month for holiday shutdown. that's the 90 days you keep referencing. your math is atrocious.

have fun crying while you wait lil bro
