Build Date Just Got Bumped

Hey All,

My build date was holding steady at Feb 26th, then a few weeks ago to my surprise they moved it up to Feb. 12th! Yay me. About a week later they pushed it to Feb. 19th (no biggie). And then yesterday I received a text and e-mail from them that my build was moved to April 8th! How does it get pushed out almost a full two months? I'm predicting June before I see this truck now.

Anyone else get a significant build date push like this? Wondering what the cause might be.

My RR was scheduled for next week. When I saw this I checked my order status and mine has actually been moved to "In Production".

I'm guessing it's related to an option, or some other parts availability problem. Maybe even "Ah crap, we won't get enough FX4 stickers in time"

4x2 XLT w/ Advanced Tech & trailer/tow bumped from 02/19 to 04/08.

Between the rumor of March reviews and the already built batches sitting on lots, seems like April may be the ramp up month after some QA. Who knows.

As long as they get it right by the time they actually build the thing.

I have two separate RR orders at two different dealers. Both were scheduled week of March 18 and now both got bumped to March 25.

I'm still holding steady, but checking every day for when it inevitably bumps.

My RR had held steady at 2/19/2024 since mid-December until yesterday when it got bumped to 4/8. Any my RR has nothing added. Velocity Blue. No other options... not even the mudflaps.
