Dealer Listing Raptor In Transit?

Actually, we have to go on and remove the vehicle as it is added automatically from Ford's system. (no, someone is not inputting them from ford) And just so you are informed correctly, Ford does not own the dealerships, but absolutely has their hands on our websites and automatically adds what is coming in, regardless if they are a special order or for stock!

Ford can’t maintain their own website, but man they can set it up to automatically populate on the dealership’s personal website. I see.
So while you’re informing me, can you please tell me why (The Owner) my brother in laws dealerships website doesn't automatically populate, but certain ones do?

I don’t believe that for one minute.
I could however believe that some dealers may have their website tied to a system that automatically populates it when they get invoiced for it. That’s possible.
Again the dealership are separate entities and are not owned by Ford. They do not have access to the dealerships website.
Ford had enough to worry about.

This makes sense to me. My dealer removed my listing bc I paid less than the one they left up!

Ford has manufacturing APIs that the dealership's systems can interface with and automatically share information quickly. Ford's manufacturing line auto reports the car status from scheduled to finished. Each car is spoken for so ford knows who to send the specific info to.

I don’t have a problem being wrong about something, but when it comes to people trying to make everyone believe something that isn’t truth then it becomes a problem.

So if this theory is true, why are there only a few Raptors listed on dealers websites across the country? When we know hundreds maybe even a thousand plus have been built?

one guy is saying he talked to a dealer and they said it can’t be removed because Ford won’t allow it, another person is saying it can be removed.

if all the thoughts and opinions would align then there would be no discussion about if it fact or fiction.

my truck has been built for a few days now. Why if what you’re saying is true is my truck not listed on my dealers website

Back to the actual topic, I am happy to help out and will do my best to answer any questions I can while I’m waiting for my Raptor to come in
… on a sidenote I just found out I’m in order code 3 now so fingers crossed. I’ll get a Vin number here in the next couple weeks.

So if my vehicle is in "transit" and might be here in two weeks or taking a trip around the globe and will be here in twelve, it doesn't matter. I'm going to drive it for a week and then decide how to change it. First mod....

I have owned 2012 f150 raptor and 2019 f150 raptor. The latter was worked and tuned. Can't wait to do the same to the RR.
