Ordered on 2/11/25 with a priority code of 05 from the dealer.
Scheduled on 2/14/25 with a build day of 3/31/25 with VIN.

I had an order with another dealer who claimed to have 2 allocations placed on 1/23/25 with priority code 10 and still no update on that one, which I will cancel now.

To what end? I mean I see it all the time too, but what advantage is there to a dealer with no or low allocation to take an order they know they can’t fill? I’m missing the angle or advantage here If someone can explain why dealers do this?

They "can" fill it technically, just at a much later date. And if that customer does decides to wait it out, that dealer still gets the sale.

Long story short... the rural dealer I secured their 1 allocation from ended up giving that allocation to their best customer. I was hot but also understood. This person apparently bought everything high performance Fort put on the market. They put in another order for me with a priority code in the 20's! I thought no way would I be getting an RR from them in this lifetime! This was all in the bigging of 2024 and sure enough the dealer called me in late August, last year, with a September build date. Got my RR on October 9th the day it rolled onto the lot and at sticker (had agreed to buy the first one at a $2k markup... that's how bad a wanted one!) Miracles do happen!

I would not have agreed to anything less than $500 under MSRP after they gave away your allocation.

With only 168 open orders in the Oderbank, it's hard to imagine anyone not getting an order into production. I agree that the dealer needs an allocation, but like some, I just got a VIN and a build date of 3/31/25 for my second ordered vehicle. The first one even went into production a week early.

Hopefully, since there is not much change from 24 to 25, it should go smoothly!
