I got an email saying my 6 month trial is active. I signed up online, but when I try going to Sirius XM in the truck, it keeps telling me No Signal! Keeps trying to connect but no luck!
I thought maybe it was the stubby antenna so I replaced the factory antenna, but still the same issue.
Any ideas? AM/FM work great, and CarPlay is fine as well. Am I missing something?

Siriusxm usually uses a different antenna then fm.

I actually had the same issue on my prvious truck (2017 nissan titan) and they had to replace my siriusxm antenna

Call SiriusXM and have them resend your signal to your radio. Also inform them of your SiriuxXM serial number. You find it in the infotainment screen. Be prepared for a wait and you’ll be talking to overseas representatives, that is a pain.

Like the others have advised; the SiriusXM signal is not associated with the stubby antenna. It’s the shark fin antenna.??

Spent almost an hour with Sirius on the phone today. What a pain! Talked to 3 reps and issue still isn’t resolved!
Now radio shows not subscribed and I get an “audio failure” message.
They are escalating to a specialist team, who’s supposed to call me back. We’ll see….! ?

I have the same issue. I think the Sirius Antenna is not connected either at the Radio or Antenna. You have to patially drop the headliner in the back to check the connection. It's supposed to be a very small connector. On my list.

I got a 2015 Accord with same issue.
It worked great for 2 years then only radio worked.
Car was still on warranty so I took it to dealer.
They then told me, it is a known issue with their Sirius and the radio as Sirius are on different parts.

I sent Sirius a email to cancel my service stating why,
They told me yes, it does happen.
They sent me free offer of a plugin unit, with antenna and a coupon for a shop to install it.

IDK, if you have same issue but could be?
I've had it for years and while it works, it is not as good as the built in radio was.

As a temp measure you can use the XM app on your phone & Bluetooth to the truck. Down side is you'll probably have to use the phone to change channels.

No, well at least in apple play, it's all on the Screen. Works great. Does use up data though. Been using mine like that for months. No down side really, which is why I haven't got it fixed, yet.

Will try that. I use Spotify, so not planning on keeping Sirius beyond the trial, but I want to make sure I get the issue addressed in warranty.
