Try restarting your phone. If that dont work, clear the cache for the Ford app. If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall the app. Short of that, check the truck settings to make sure the modem is not disabled.

Mine works fine now, before, and after the iPhone update to IOS v26. No issues at all here.

how old is the battery? (the manufacturer date on the battery, not when it was installed) you can buy "a new battery" but be on the shelf for a year or more. they says 3-5 yrs for a battery in cold climates. in 1 month I went through 4 costco batteries, turns out each battery they had on their self was between 18months old and 36 months old. every 6 or 8 months they told me, they were suppose to rotate batteries
