Got tracking and estimated delivery from FedEx is Tuesday. Being FedEx, it will probably end up on someone else's porch on the other end of town with a blurry picture like they are running away from a bear with a lens smeared in Vaseline.

FWIW - S&B told me the 2.3L intake would probably be ready in 8 weeks or so.

So you've got a tracking number already? I wonder why S&B was telling me it isn't ready yet then. Guess I will have to give them another call. I spoke with another dealer in town and they were telling me they are still just taking pre-orders

mine has shipped also (FedEx) I believe they sold out the first batch in less than a day ( and probably fulfilled the initial preorders) now they are working on the next batch , thus the 2-3 week delay.

They didn't add the filter option to the webpage until yesterday. I reported it on a chat in the morning and they were going to add it. They said the default option was the oiled filter 75-5176 if anyone ordered it without contacting them for the dry version 75-5176D.

I received my intake kit today at 4pm!
I’m stoked! I will have it installed tomorrow and get some pictures or videos maybe of how it sounds

Nice! Mine comes today. I was pleasantly surprised that the original 2-3 week backorder turned out to be pretty much immediate shipping.

keen to know how hard it is to install , looks a bit clunky in their YouTube vid.

Not hard, but not straight forward. Two things that differed for me from the install video:

1. when installing the passenger tubing to the turbo, it’s a tight fit and doesn’t quite align at the turbo. Took some finagling and some cut up hands to get it on.
2. When installing the driver side top turbo tube, do not follow the online instructions or the bolt in the middle to hold it down will not align. I had to get it started first, then tighten up both sides afterwards.

I opted to keep the side panel on the air box, as I could not see a benefit for air draw due to its location other than more dirt and hot engine air. I’m also not a fan of how loose the MAF is so will keep an eye on that, and can tell it’s gonna be a bitch to pull that filter out for maintenance. Final install pic:

Only tested for errors at startup for now. Didn’t notice a big difference but will be out later for a true test.

FYI, ford doesn't use MAF anymore.

Would this change anything with a ProCal tune? Procal i assume is engineered with the stock intake ratio in mind. I am a big believer on intakes, ive put them on every car I ever own....however, it's been a minute since ive had a modern performance vehicle, let alone one that can be tuned with electronic more than bolt ons. I'm old school.
