It's been discussed a bit, but for absolute 200 proof clarity's sake, is there anything stopping me from mounting cargo track in the pink locations?

The track pictured is just what I have for the Rover. I'll end up buying something similar.

Alright, the day has finally come! I have pricing ready for this system:
  • Platform - $1200
  • Back Wall - $300
This is definitely an introductory price and may go up in the future if we're not profitable at this number. We need to sell decent volume and maintain a certain batch size to turn an acceptable margin.

These prices include textured black powder coat on the steel components and the aluminum components will all be Mil-Spec coated (polyurea bed liner - the good stuff).

As you can see, we pride ourselves in delivering superior products at value pricing. If you compare this product to other similar products on the market, and account for the added expense of our materials and the machines needed to produce them, you'll understand why this price is a stretch for us. I would much rather sell a lot of these at a low price, make great relationships with customers and sell them additional products at similar value, than make all of our money off of the first and only transaction. It's a long play, but this has worked well for us in the past.

I am working on the product pages today and tomorrow and hope to have these live before the weekend.

We will offer a raw option as well, but I don't have costing on that option just yet. We're spraying the initial batch now and will calculate material usage from there.
When will this be available on the website?

There is absolutely nothing stopping you! I would love to see that. That's why I put those holes on a pattern, so things like this would be easy. That being said, you may not need to occupy all of that space with track. We build a tie down loop that is meant to screw into those threaded holes already. It's less flexible than the track, but takes up a lot less space as well.

You could also do L-track with has a shorter profile, if that was of interest.

Here's a L-track example - https://erp.adventurelab.com/odoo/products/3626

Hopefully early next week. The commercial install went flawlessly today! We (the build shop) and I were thrilled with the install process and fitment. I am out of town for an event (All 4 Fun, in Leadville, CO), and to train the shop for these installs. As soon as I get back, I want to build the subwoofer version of this system and get one into our Ranger Raptor. I expect that will happen early next week. I don't expect any snags. If that flows well, they'll be for sale by the weekend with production already started before they go-live on the site.

Here are some photos from the install today. Couldn't be happier with it!!!

Awesome. I’m looking forward to it. I’ve already pulled my back seat out and ready to go. That coating looks great too.

Thanks! Can't wait to get these out into the market and see them have a big impact on the way these trucks can be used.

Also, huge news. On these trucks, we reconnected the seat belts and just tucked them behind the back wall. So, no dash lights!!! And, fully functional rear restraint systems!!!

Fingers crossed it alll lines up and I can have this for my upcoming trip! Thanks for working so quickly on this.

What are the chances the bed slide system will hit the website in the next few weeks?

100% chance! The rails are done, which is the hard part. Thanks!

Sorry, I grabbed the wrong picture of the rails. Mine are indeed lower profile; the old HiLift Slide-N-Lock units; but they're not as low profile as some of the more modern stuff.

I might look into something else. I've seen some stuff that was nicer out there.

The link sends me to a login page, though. If you sell some, I'd love to see it. ?

I received several messages asking to "pre-order" the Rear Seat Delete. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to do that and get the orders into the ERP system (it won't confirm the order until it's paid).

However, the product pages are live now! We sold several over the weekend, but we'll build them in pretty big batches. We have had a ton of interest in these. I think the price point and ease of install is key!

https://americanadventurelab.com/product/ford-ranger-rear-seat-delete/

Please see the note on the product page. We will not begin production on these until Wednesday. We cut the subwoofer version on Friday and got it formed and tapped/countersunk today. It will go into our Ranger Raptor tomorrow. Assuming that's good, we'll begin production on Wednesday for these.

Huge thank you to everyone who provided input on this. I was really happy with how this process worked. We'll do it again on future products as well.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
