To mimic the truck you did, all in without your discounts you probably get what would you say you are at cost wise? Asking for a friend 😉

OHHH YEAAHHH (Kool aid man voice)!

The twins are finally here!

Excited to announce the new Garrett PowerMax turbos for our Ranger Raptors!

Garrett called upon the EcoBoost experts at ZFG Racing & Nostrum Performance to help engineer a turbo upgrade for the Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 (Bronco Raptor).
This dream team put down a staggering dyno run of 657 Rear wheel horsepower & 655 lb ft of torque*!
Thanks to efforts of Garrett, ZFG Racing,Nostrum Fueling, & HP Tuning, we can now purchase bolt on upgrades that take our Ranger Raptors up to 820 Horsepower**!

DirtDerick—my wife hates you. I haven’t even installed the SPD downpipes I bought from you last week (I’m at Raptor Assault Course right now), I was going to put the pipes on when I returned home. You guys just keep making these things faster and faster. Now, I think I need a set of these new turbos “while I’m in there”.

Really depends on your end goal. Don't do anything twice...like spend almost $1k on Procal, then spend almost $1k on a custom tune. Just saying to plan your build, what's your primary use for the truck, fuel options, & start there. Instead of spending a few thousand on CAI, Intercooler, Charge pipes, etc. Start your foundation and then enjoy the build.
I hear ya on buy once cry once. Best fuel I can get near me is 94 octane with 10% ethanol.

I think my upgrades plans are as so:

Stage 1

-cobb intercooler (purchased)
-Process west pipes (purchased)
-Indicarbon CAI (I'm waiting to see if COBB comes out with a carbon one)
-Tranny cover
-exhaust
-Custom tune

Stage 2
-74 weld portals
-Wheels

Stage 3
-tranny upgrades
-Port injection kit + fuel pump\injector upgrade
-turbos
-retune

Be careful, you'll end up with little Raptor tattoos.
And that makes perfect sense. Some of those gaskets are one time use, can always change the turbos too, just to be safe.
I'm still jealous of the school. I've not done it yet. Something about it makes me think I'd get kicked out, a law suit, all of the above.
I believe it's the name that scares me (assault, not Raptor). Is there sensitivity training involved, do they help you figure out what your Raptor identifies as, what it's pronouns are, was this a court ordered school......I've did some dirty things with my Raptor involved, I felt like it was consensual.
I probably won't go, it may be a setup for an intervention.

You don't have to cover your tranny, I think in today's society it's frowned upon if you do.
I read "Tranny cover" and being sleep deprived, delirious, and crazy anyway....i laughed till I couldn't see.

Those portals are beautiful, the ground clearance is crazy, I assume you could benefit from it driving in 4 ft of snow. If you haven't already, I'd talk with 74, you may not need much if any tranny work. I'm not all the way educated on the subject, but the way your drive train would work afterwords might be putting so much less stress on it that you don't need it. Or I'm wrong and it makes it worse.
List looks good, make sure "exhaust" is downpipes & midpipes. The other half is good & flows enough air, just a little heavy. These trucks have a really deep sound with no exhaust, just coming straight outta the turbo, something gets lost along the way, and I've not heard one that has a very different unique sound yet. All just versions of the factory sound.

I apologize, I missed your question.
It’s difficult to answer.
Example:
A company gives me an intercooler, so cost is $0.
I spend $5k dyno testing, road testing, data logging, tuning, providing feedback, travel, hotels, food, etc.
So I have my time & $5k in a $600 intercooler, but it’s “free”.
I probably have $100k+ in my gray truck not counting the truck.
You could get the same power for $18k.

Dirt D, I just watched a ZFG video with what I believe was your truck on the dyno with the new Garrett Promax turbos—and ZFG tuning. It mentioned it had Nostrum “X” pump and injectors. I do not see those on your website. My Promax turbos get put on next week and i don’t really want to tune it twice or keep doing the same thing over and over. I think my engine mods are close to yours (Stage 2 Process West Catalog, Garrett Promax, SPD Downpipes, etc. (Transmission will have to wait to later). Does the Goliath pump in the “X” package offer a necessary edge over the standard HPFP. Since you have already tested and tuned the combo with ZFG, it should be relatively easy to copy the program into my truck, right?

Sounds great 👍.
Here is a link to the stage X bundle from Nostrum.
