2024 Ranger 2.3L 4x4 multiple leaks 10k miles

Hello everyone just wanted to post this because idk if I’m the only one with so many leaks on a brand new truck. I do my own service on my truck and it’s got currently 10 thousand miles on it. Lifted it to do the oil change today and the leaks got worse on the rear differential. Around 5-6k miles there was small seepage on the pinion seal & driver side axle seal, now it’s worse. Really disappointing I know I have warranty but come on. Steering rack just started leaking out of the boots & the transfer case got worse too.

According to Uncle Sam and what's supposed to be normal practice, that's a Class 1 leak. If it's beading, it's a Class 2. If it's on the ground it's a Class 3.

Class 1 leaks should be observed regularly, but shouldn't appear after a measly year or two and 10,000 miles; certainly not on a modern vehicle. We're talking about a nearly new vehicle, here, not an S-10 from 1995.

Class 2 leaks should be repaired as soon as possible, and Class 3 leaks are supposed to deadline the vehicle entirely; but that can't always happen in military or industrial environments.

The same logic applies to civilian vehicles. I've got a 20 year old Land Rover here that was just totaled in a collision and still doesn't even have a Class 1 anywhere. If that old Land Rover can do it, so can a modern Ford.

I’m just a DYI oil change and brakes guy. Can you post another picture or too from further away so I can find these locations on my truck next time I change the oil? Let us know what they say at the dealership. My guess is they will try to blow you off. I’ve had strange steering noises when moving in reverse and turning, and I suspect a front transfer case issue. It sounds like power steering with low fluid, but that can’t be the case with electric power steering.
