No- her brother wasn’t screwing with her. As far as I know it hasn’t happened again, however I don’t get a notification if the truck starts so unless someone sees it how would I know ?

FYI if you leave the hood open it will not allow a remote start, instead it will sound the horn 3 times about 10 seconds apart. Not a permanent solution I know but a way to keep it from starting till you get this figured out.
