Mine goes into sleep mode way too quickly too. Im away from the truck through the winter and planned to periodically start it remotely every so often, but unfortunately thats impossible since it goes into sleep after a couple weeks. Can't imagine my battery is draining that fast unless there is something really wrong with it.
Whelp froze my arse off and did the update. Damn thing would not let me update the ACM module no matter what I tried.

SO, either Ford has ACM locked out (not first time), or something is corrupt. Couldn't even ping it via FDRS.

But I'm still thinking the TRM module along with Ford pass app. Too many people having this prob out of nowhere. Can only wait and see.

I'm going to install the battery tender to use overnights and see how that affects things. I drove to work this morning (about half hour drive) and then parked, went into the office and have been at my desk for 40 minutes now and decided to try the app. Remote start wheel just spins and eventually times out. Haven't got a low voltage warning yet. It is 30°F outside but I do feel this is ridiculous.

I haven't driven mine for two days and the temp hasn't reached freezing each day. This morning at 19F it started from the app right away. Other days that are warm and I've been driving it it doesn't start. So who knows.

It's almost like the truck is just not getting a signal. I just tried remote start, lock, unlock, horn/lights - and nothing works. I can open the app and see my truck on the map, see oil life, tire pressure, and mileage, but it just won't do any of the useful things I want the app to do. If I remember correctly, the trucks modem uses AT&T's network, which is what my phone uses and I have full signal bars showing on my phone standing just inside my office and truck 20 yards away. Server issue? App issue? Vehicle issue? ID10T error?

I deleted vehicle from my app and then added it back and now remote start seems to work again. Just FYI
