I reverted back because I couldnt find the owners' manual. I liked the layout and feel of it more, but given that it felt like a half-baked implementation of a half-baked implementation, I think they've got a lot of work to do in my opinion.

Yeah its missing all of the accessory features of the app. I updated yesterday, tried to use the trailer light check feature today and couldn’t find it anywhere.

I went back to the old version.

Yes ! the zone lighting for one. I searched everywhere for it , nothing. Like others here , i like the layout of the old app , so i went back to it. New isnt always better.

I can't seem to get the Location section to work. It worked once when I first updated to the newer version, but now clicking on Location does absolutely nothing.

Reviving a slightly old topic, logged in yesterday to start my truck and got the "Ford Pass has been updated" notification.

I didn't see anything that they took away has been brought back (I didn't poke around too much though).

Anyone check it out in depth?

What version is it? Mine shows ver 5.2.0 - Android. My last update was July 9.

I got an update about a week ago on iOS that said there were new features. As far as I can tell all they did was break the "Vehicle Health", "scheduled starts", and "Vehicle Settings" pages, that all no longer work for me.

I saw they change "Distance to empty" to just saying % left of fuel. I prefer the DTE message. why not have both like we used to? Fortunately my phone is still on version 4 so I still have the old stuff and won't update until they make the new version useful. I saw the new stuff on my wife's phone which she unfortunately can't go back to version 4.

If you are android, you could technically sideload an older version. I assume that change is to make it align with EVs, since DTE isnt exactly reliable on EVs and its more about percentage. Why it cant be both though, who knows.

Mine same version but I think it broken. It telling me truck is on(been parked in driveway for 7 hours) and the location has me just coming out of work.
