Super happy with the results from this. Pulls harder but also drives better. Will probably rock it this way for a while and eventually get the Cobb intercooler and a Goose tune.

Does this tune flash, the ECU making our warranties void? Just wondering because I’m in warranty? Thanks man.

Warranty? Never heard of her...

but yeah, it doesn't "void" your warranty but it will make any drivetrain related warranty claim more of a pain and probably not worth fighting.

That’s kind of what I figured, I’m just trying to avoid it currently while I’m still in the early days of mileage, once I’m up there I really won’t give a crap lol

I recently received my COBB Accessport for the 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor. I opted for COBB’s canned tunes rather than a custom calibration, as I wasn’t prepared to invest nearly double the cost for a bespoke setup. With COBB offering a 15% promotion—and the ability to stack a military discount—the overall value was excellent.

Over approximately 3.5 hours of mixed driving, I tested Stage 0, Stage 1, and Stage 2 93‑octane OEM+ calibrations. In my experience, Stage 0 and Stage 1 delivered only subtle differences in performance when paired with Sport Mode. Stage 2, however, provided a noticeably more responsive and engaging driving experience. Throttle response sharpened, mid‑range torque felt more assertive, and the truck exhibited an overall increase in drivability and fun factor. I also perceived a slight increase in exhaust note. From my perspective, the purchase was absolutely worthwhile.

Do you already have the intercooler? As stage 2 notes says for use with their upgraded IC.

Thats a good catch because there are parts within COBB’s webpages that gives the impression that it's a stock setup is through Stage 2.

Nonetheless, no i did not catch that until I poked around for why you made that statement. Guess I'll go back down to stage 1 😟

Yeah, I csn see how it’s easy to miss. And in frigid temps I doubt you’d have an issue but better safe than sorry…I have a feeling their intercooler will be getting instsll before the TX summer heats up.

Im on the fence about doing the Intercooler. Would love to see the data behind recommending the swap for a semi normal daily driver. When I looked at doing the swap in my explorer ST, lethal performance has a decent video showing the CVFabrication intercooler resuts after a few 0-60 pulls. For me, I ain't racing my vehicles so I don't see the need to do the upgrade. I think this tune is about as close as it gets for bang to buck.

I had a 2019 Fiesta ST with a Cobb and e30 tune on it back in the day and that thing screamed. In regards to the warranty, I had brought that car in after the tune 3 times and never had an issue. I would always remove the tune before bringing it in and they never said a word. I am assuming if I blew the motor they would have dug into it more but for standard warranty issues I had no problems bringing it in with full COBB bolt-ons and the tune removed.

Totally worth it if you are hard on it. I know you aren't racing it though so maybe not as worth it for you but it still has value in controlling heat soak and providing lower intake temps, reducing chance of knock.

I will say after I installed the intercooler it didn't feel like I was losing power after 4-5 pulls like it did with the stock one.

Heeeeyyy!!! Another former Fiesta ST owner! I sold my 17 Orange Spice to get my RR. I had a CPe intercooler and was amazed how the post IC charge temps were always about 10 deg above ambient max.

Heck yeah! I miss mine! It was so fun and totally agree the intercooler was a much needed upgrade on that car.

the intercooler upgrade was the first major mod we did, after the intake, on my son's focus st since he autocrossed with it. he said he saw a huge difference in temps at the track. and the intercoolers are really not that expensive for what you are getting versus something like an intake or a cat back system. you can half ass those with independent parts buys but there is no way to make your own intercooler from stuff you buy separately
