Yeah, your truck is on their site. What I have asked them to do is to make the racks so I can flush mount the Nano's. I really like how you have yours set up. How do you like the Nano's and what did you wire them to, Aux 3/4?

Sorry for the long quote.

They are definitely killer little lights. At a premium price. But you can't beat them for size and output.
Yes they are wired to number three and number four.
I'm going to add a strobe controller to the red ones in the rear to use as Chase lights. Right now on number four, they're just really bright red.

Good to know. I did not think they are at a premium price. Output matches lights at twice the price. But what do I know...Lol. I am interested in the strobe controller you are using. I'm going to run 4 on the rack and I would like to have the option to stobe them.

Looks like this is one of the risers, upside down.

Here is how they should attach.

Yeah, sorry for the bad pic. That's exactly what it was. I should be using 4 screws to attach each baseplate right? If so, I think I got the wrong baseplates with my set, since the baseplate hole spacing doesn't match up for all 4 holes.

What are you looking to secure with security fasteners? We typically use metric allen head bolts. That's already a pretty uncommon tool to have in your pocket.
Honestly, the rails themselves ; ) I was thinking maybe a torx security bolt to secure the rails to the spacers/bed, similar to this: https://accu-components.com/us/security-torx-button-head-screws/156584-SHSB-M8-50-A2-BL. I already have the Torx security bits, so seems like a cheap way for a little extra security. Also, I'm having similar fitment issues to @clarke and will put up a separate post with pictures to help explain.

@clarke , I'm seeing the exact same issue as you. Pictures below with measurements for @American Adventure LAb. From what I can see, the holes are about 10mm too narrow on the base bracket (or 10mm to wide on the Rail Rack):

Also, @American Adventure LAb, can you please confirm that the light bracket is supposed to sit well below flush with the top of the light cutout on the rail rack? (see picture below showing the top of the light bracket about 2.75cm below the top of the rail rack).

Despite the issues with fitment above, this looks/feels like a really well designed, and sturdy piece. I'm looking forward to getting it on the truck.

Yes, those are the wrong bottom brackets. I'll get with fulfillment today and get those headed your way. Can you give me your original order number?

Good choice on the digital caliper. We use those same ones at the shop. Good value!

After looking at your measurements further, you have the correct bottom brackets, but a pre-production version of the risers. Not sure how that happened as those should have not been produced. However, I'm on it. We'll get it sorted ASAP.

I'm gonna make it work. There is no other option. The absolute worst case scenario is that the Deutsch connector would have to be de-pinned which is not terrible for long term removal but not ideal for quick on and off's. Once I get the rack I'll know more about how to make this work.

Hopefully if @American Adventure LAb agrees with the idea, they coiuld incorporate it into future revisions of the product.
That would definitely work. I have it on my list to work on those spacers and create a set with the notch on them.

@jordantii do you remember which positions of the bed rail have the square notch near the stake pocket openings? I don't think it matters, but I'm curious.

Perfect. Thanks. I work from home on Mondays, but I'm going to go into the shop now and make sure we have the Bill of Materials correct for this assembly.

I also emailed Support just now with my order number. Mine was delivered on this past Friday 2/13 (shipped 2/11), so wonder if @clarke was in the same batch (and if others were affected).

I imagine they all have the same issue. I'm going into the shop now to sort it out.
