Today I did a tire rotation. I did the X pattern rotate. I had to get some 6T jack stands from HF because the 3T ones don’t lift the truck high enough. Pretty simple but man these wheels and tires are heavy compared to my old Maverick. 100 ft pounds for the lug nuts and it’s good for another 5500 miles.

Ok lets discuss how you got it up on all 4's. I have 6 ton jack standa so that's not an issue. What did you use as jack points? Pumpkin for the rear? What about the fronts?

For the rear I put my jack right under the pumpkin. For the front I used the frame. For reference look where the side mirrors are and then go under and look at the frame. There’s a big flat spot on the frame you can put your jack on.

Ok thanks. And the front jack stand goes behind or in front if the jack?

I put the front jack stands in front of the jack. Wherever you can find a flat secure spot that won’t slip is all you need.

My friend and I installed the Kuat Ibex on my truck this weekend. Install was simple and the quality of everything is really nice. I only have one bike rack for now. I might add a second if I really like the setup. I'll get some more pictures soon and with a bike on it.

My Thrustworks brake light housing was delivered yesterday. Quality is great and the Baja S2 lights fit perfect. I did email them asking about the install since no instructions were included.

The wiring harness provided looks nice but I'll probably end up making my own with Deutsch connectors.

Last night I put the new third brake light housing in. They give you rivnuts and new bolts to hold the housing on. You need to remove he factory plastic screw clips, drill the hole out and install the rivnut. It was my first time using a rivnut tool and it's very simple.

Overall the install was fairly easy. I need to trim the big gasket they give you. I have the brake lights and cargo light wired for now. I need to get some more DT connectors for the yellow lights.

The truck has a three wire harness for the factory third brake light. Black is ground, white is cargo light and orange is brake light.

This weekend I got my fridge installed and was able to get on the mountain with my bike. Can't wait to be riding more.

Is that a 40% or 50% Karga seat shelf.
If 50% how does it accommodate the center hump?

It's the 50%. The inside leg is shorter than the outside to accommodate the floor hump. It's a nice piece. A full rear platform would give more room but it's nice having the third seat when needed.

The truck had it's third oil change yesterday. I used the vacuum extractor through the dipstick tube again. It works great. I got almost 7 quarts out of the engine with this method and didn't need to go under the truck.

The spin on oil filter adapter is a breeze as well. I put some air into the filter to drain it and no mess when I take it off. Oil changes couldn't be easier. Next is another tire rotation and the installation of my new dashcam. 10K miles on this truck and still love it.
