Finally had the time to make tail light modification/customization which in my opinion Ford should've made them this way for visibility sake in the first place. This involved adding a bulb, making a low draw circuit to enable only one LED bulb at a time to be on in reverse or tail/stop function. Ranger on!

Reverse bulb used because I've used before and it has the projection lens on end.

im not sure what you did when you added a low draw circuit?

can you draw a diagram?

When a circuit is designed (made) it's made to operate within certain voltages and current draw parameters. Today's vehicles have sensitive body control module sensory circuits. They operate within certain highs and lows of voltage and current. If we do anything that extended beyond those limits, we set off body control modules and warning systems. The current draw parameters are very low, in other words, theres only so much extra current flow that can be added or subtracted without a reaction from already present sensory circuits. If I did not make my bulb switching and the additional bulb, operate within that threshold, bingo, warning lights, bells, whistles etc.... AKA low draw circuit. I wanted it to function as if it came from the factory that way. :like:

so you added a resistor? In series? Or parallel?

I put these in. No modifications required. Just plug in.

No, you are not understanding the terminology "circuit" "low draw circuit" in electronics. A resistor is a component. :)

The bulbs I posted for reverse light are plug and play also. :like: To each their own.

I'm afraid this looks DIY and so rather than post closeups or wiring we're getting the ten yards away photo.

I may be wrong and I'll eat my socks if so, but yeah this mod would likely involve tapping the rear park wire on each side and I assume drilling a hole in the taillight assembly (hello dust) then sealing it all up.

I'd consider doing this but I'm not sure it looks any better.
