Removed from my 2024 Ranger Raptor to install IAG full set. Truck had ~25K miles when removed. None damaged, protected with fluid film. Power washed them off. Free to a good home. Pick up only. Fuel tank skid in picture, others in the box below.
Okay, just to piggyback off of this. I pulled the stock scissor jack to help with installing some skid plates in work garage and no idea how it fits back in to its spot behind the seat with that other piece that locks it in place. I finally got it in but I'd be shocked if it's in properly.
Not sure what you're going for as far as adding HP but I've owned and modded my share of fairly fast vehicles from 2019 Shelby GT350s to various year M3s and a surprisingly quick (sub 12 second 1/4 mile, stock) Scat Pack Charger. Anyway, just saying that I haven't always driven only pickups. I...
I'm coming up on 30K miles on my 2024 RR and I have had nothing but fun with it. My adventures and misadventures as it were in my "wannabe baja racer" have been a blast. I don't beat on it but it has spent a decent amount of time off road and in snowy conditions. I consider myself a mild...
Had exactly the same thing happen, except I was going into storage area, came out and all the windows open. Same thing that happens when I'm leaving the house at 0430 and have keys in my jeans pocket; it magically finds a way to activate the panic alarm and horn and all hell breaks loose...
I ran my vin using the link in Lion77's orignal post it and says that I am under this seat pivot bolt one. Curiously it also says that the sun visor wire recall is still open although I had that done a while back.
All in all, the information in the thread I linked to eased my mind and I went from sitting on the fence to doing the software/performance tune. Loving the results.
Wrote to Fox this morning and got this back:
Hi Dave,
We recommend every 50k miles for your usage of the shocks!

Good day,
I am unable to find reliable information on when the live valve shocks on my 2024 Ranger Raptor should be removed and serviced. The truck sees mostly...
Sounds like a similar product to FluidFilm. If so I agree with ^, just a mess to do any work under the truck after it's installed and smelled like a sheep farm for a few days after install as well. But worth it when you see the results of everything being protected. Guess now I'll have to take...
The secret wave is actually a slightly disgusted sneer as you realize someone else in the neighborhood has your truck and you're just that little bit less special because of it. However, it can be somewhat less visible if the one you see is not the same color as yours.
How did the install go? I would like to do rock lights as well but not sure about where wires would run; under the truck, through the interior behind trim panels?
