Usually they will build a single model on the line for a bit as the RR is slightly different than the other models. This saves them re-tooling everything.

I have no idea what is a reasonable number of Raptors that can be built in that timeframe. Just keeping my fingers crossed that one of them is my cactus gray beast!

Reading & counting the weeks, it appears that there is a four week stretch. If it’s true that they run a specific model to limit retooling time, it’s possible that ALL RRaptors could be manufactured during this time frame. Also, if we average the cost per unit at 60K times the approximate 3000 to be built. Ford is looking at $180,000,000 influx of money so maybe we just might see these trucks sooner than later!!

$180M is pennies for a company like Ford. They make that in a quarter of the time on Bronco at the same or higher margins. Factor in the F150 and Mustang, and those 3000 RRaptors are basically a rounding error. That might pay for Ford's office supplies for the year.

I don’t give a shit, a 180 million is a lot of damn money & I guarantee you it’s not pennies for Ford & these dealers want a product to move & it’s Fords responsibility to get it to them so we, the purchaser can get them out there & give them their free advertising so they can sell some more. We’ll see what happens!!
