2024 Splash guards

Received my 2024 Ranger STX mud flaps today. I could only find Ford corporate accessory and what a laugh. They were $175 for four and they are worth about $10 in cheap plastic. I had to use my Ford points so was actually $57 cash but they are the flimsiest things ever and I gave up all my points to get them. I couldn’t get the Husky brand for this year yet which I had on my ‘19 Lariat and they were tough and looked good. A big boo.

Is that what they supply if you select mudflaps on a factory order? If so I'm glad I didn't.

The Raptor ones are actually ver nice and mount well in the fenders.

Here is some pics, but they do fit perfect and easy install. Rear is logod, I don’t know what you get when you order with truck, but this is what you get after. Just expected them to be sturdier.

I was going to say that they should be fine even though they are a bit flimsy, but there is no way that inside flap doesn't eventually tear away (see last photo).

Supposedly WeatherTech is on the cusp of releasing their flaps. Got on their email waiting list.

I do agree the Ford accessory offered ones are bit underwhelming for the price they are asking for them.

FWIW, I got these off blue oval industries' site. They are oem (I believe) and should have come on the truck from the factory.

They are expensive, but do look nice. IMHO, this is what Ford should have put on the RR from the factory. They were $185. :-( It was a 10 minute install as all the holes lined perfectly up with existing grommets as if they were always meant to go there. No drilling or modifications necessary. I guess Ford said "why should we include the mud flaps when we can charge the consumer extra for them?...."
