I'm swapping OEM wheels from my 2019 to my 2025, figure the TPMS should be replaced after 6 years. What's the part#, and frequency? Is OEM the only way to go?

Mine were 433 MHz

added a spare on matching rims

tire shop handled the tpms which I assume was a third party unit as they programmed the frequency.

All the OEM Ford parts I can find online only list the 315 MHz? But Tire Rack says 433 MHz.

I believe it is this tpms117?

https://www.ford.com/product/tire-pressure-monitoring-system-tpms-sensor-p4000187546

from this thread

https://www.ranger6g.com/forum/thre...ls-possibly-only-the-later-build-dates.23098/

again the tire store had to read my tire frequency to determine which frequency to use

some of the third party tpms units can be programmed to either frequency.

and I think early production 2025 might be 315 Mhz

fortunately I am not an expert on this as my new tpms works and I can rotate five tires and the spare when it Is moved into the rotation, gets picked up after awhile without having to do anything

good luck!

I'm looking for a definitive answer. Soon to switch to winter tires.

I'm in Canada and thinking about installing Michelin X-ice or Continental VikingContact 8 in 265/70R17 size on stock 17x8.5" Ranger Raptor wheels.

And putting the KO3s Method wheels in spring.

I just ran my stock ones(they Mud & Snow rated) on my Lariat and I was fine last winter but you in Quebec and need winter tire as it's the law.

I ran into some issues trying to use my 24’ sensors in my 25’.
I think it was a late model 25 change. Ford‘s own parts website showed the same part number for both 24s and 25s.

That proved not to be the case.

Least not for mine that was built in August 25.

I can only assume 25 models must have started out using the same sensors and there must have been a running change later in the year.
