Great looking truck
Heard they suffer from vibrations I have already lowered tire pressures that came at 46Ibs and had dealer re balance but man my torso aches from driving as you can feel the vibrations in the seat of your pants
Anyone else
Thanks

Nope - I would say it's been the exact opposite for me. Totally smooth and a great long distance cruiser! No vibrations at all. I just did a 220km (140mile) round trip yesterday for work and it was an absolute breeze

Running 40psi cold on all 4 tyres (stock wheels and tyres), no passengers and about 150kg (330lbs) of parts/tools in the tray

My settings for long distance driving - normal suspension, normal exhaust, 2H and comfort steering

The KO3s ride really nicely when brand new, even with 10,000 miles on them, they are great for All Terran tire, the truck is an excellent road trip vehicle! I just finished 3500 miles in three weeks, no issues at all with comfort. I run 39 psi heavily loaded (rear end dead level with the front) and 36 psi the rest of the time, with a close to empty load. You have a problem that your dealer needs to correct.

if he can’t figure it out, go to a good tire store, such as Discount Tire, they can diagnose the problem better. Dealers don’t do well with tire problems, in my experience. If the tires and wheels are fine, then it is in the suspension.

You kind sir, sound like you need a pristine 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood. It will be like sitting in your living room. It only gets 9.3mpg, but hey...can you put a price on comfort?

Sorry Mikey. Just trying to make light of the situation. If you've already lowered the air pressure to 39 or below, I'm not sure much else can be done to make the truck comfortable to your level. And just to be clear, you are on the "normal" ride setting, correct?

I traded in a 2024 Tacoma for a '25 RR and am extremely happy that I did. The RR rides better and has much more uumph. I agree with the post that recommends taking yours to a reputable tire store as it really sounds like a balancing problem: may a wheel weight fell off.

I’m a brand new 2025 RR owner coming from a 2019 f150 Raptor. After purchasing the vehicle I immediately did a 500 mi trip with a couple of short breaks and found the ride extremely comfortable @ recommended tire pressures, adaptive cruise control off and all settings set to normal. Not quite a floaty as my Gen2, but far more comfortable than my 2G TRD Tacoma Off-road. Based on your post I’d agree you might have an issue with your truck.

I've taken my RR a couple of short trips. Very comfortable, my wife compares the ride to her 21 4Runner Limited. My RR arrived with all 4 tires at 43, lowered to 38. When I first got it I experienced a vibration around 30 mph. Lowering pressure helped a bit but just putting miles has seemed to help the most. The vibration feels like a harmonic issue with the tire, hope itcontinues to diminish the more I drive it.

I've done some 400-mile drives on my RR.

This is my first truck, so I was a little nervous about the highway comfort, especially on the KO3s. Overall, I've been pleasantly surprised. Not quite as comfortable as my XC60 on air suspension, but completely fine and doesn't draw any ire from my wife so I'll call that a win

Check your lumbar support make sure it’s not turned up too high or maybe too low. This could help. I haven’t had any issue with my 2024.
