Reminds me of the 60's white wheels if you had black wall tires black wheels for white walls or RWL's

You may need to just drive in those tires for a while to heat cycle then a few times so they smooth out. My spare car sits a lot and the tires feel really odd for a good bit untill I drive it a few days. I just bought and installed them last year so they have very low miles too
