Maybe it's not an error man, go with it and see just how far you can travel on that ¼ tank of fuel.Anyone else had their fuel gauge display incorrectly? I filled up yesterday and had only gone a few miles. When I started the truck today the gauge showed a 1/4 tank instead of full. Turning the truck off and on fixed it.

I wish since I've been averaging 14.5mpg lol.Maybe it's not an error man, go with it and see just how far you can travel on that ¼ tank of fuel.
(Like Kramer from Seinfeld, on the test drive episode... LOL)
Thanks for the suggestion. This wasn't a concern with the miles to empty, it was the fuel gauge itself which now shows the correct amount after turning off/on again.TRY THIS I SAW THIS ON A WEB SITE, TO GET YOUR CALIBRATION CORRECT RESET YOUR DASH. BOARD EVERY TIME YOU GO OUT AND THIS SHOULD RESET THE INFORMATION AFTER 4 OR 5 TIME. ( I’M NOT TALKING 5 OR 10 MILES ) I WOULD THING 50 + SEE IF THIS MAKE A DIFFRENCE
LOL, better than I, getting about 13 around town, mostly keeping my foot out of it. But, we bought them for the "coolness" effect and the HP, so when we tell it to go... it flippin' goes!I wish since I've been averaging 14.5mpg lol.
I wondered if someone drilled a hole in my tank. Glad that wasn't the case and it reset after turning off/on.
