Also be wary of spring lifts destroying your Fox Live Valve shocks.

Eibachs or Geisers? NEITHER!!

Apparently, there's been quite a few F-150 raptors with spring lifts that over time have had major Fox Live valve shock failures and there are several reasons why described in the video.

So, my recommendation long term is either strut spacers (most ideal) or perch collars if just compensating for a little extra weight. I don't see the BR's and RR's shocks faring any better than the F-150's with spring mods.

But that little, tiny bit of rub doesn't look to be a meaningful issue, it's just a tad a full compression and tire compression, about as much as you can get. Maybe try using a little less off-set or narrower tires?

Seems like the bumps stops should be addressed as well to keep the larger diameter tire out of the fender liner and/or flares.

Then you're at the point of reducing overall travel, although I would agree that 5mm or so isn't going to make an appreciable difference and might provide just a touch of extra bottom-out cushion.

My big question I'm trying to answer right now is, will slightly wider off-set wheels cause rub on bottom out with stock tires and ride height?

i.e., I'm looking at getting Black Rhino BR028 Guard wheels. THe wheel shop can shave about 5mm off without affect wheel integrity, so I can get them machined for $80 fee (all four) to a +40mm off-set (they come factory up to +35).

Seems to be that real world testing shows that going wider than +35 tends to cause clearance issues with the fenders and most certainly with the anti-intrusion bars, even with stock tires.

Or you can just fit GOAT 32mm thick/2in lift strut spacers, which give you required clearance without sacrificing shock stroke.
