Hey all, I was able to mount these things today and they look absolutely incredible. Tire and wheel specs below.

Wheels: Method MR305 NV's, 17X8.5, +25 offset

Tires: 35x12.5R17 TOYO Open Country A/T III

Nothing rubbed until close to full lock. I did have to trim a bit on the front and rear bars which sit behind the wheels, but if you looked in the wheel wells you'd never notice. And no, I will not be lifting the front with a leveling kit. I'll be adding more weight to the rear soon, so I am not worried about a small bit of rake.

For those who are interested, YES, a full size MR305 NV + 35 ATIII does fit under the truck for a spare (in the stock location, without any trimming or hitting the exhaust.

Ride is about the same as stock, tbh. I don't notice any more road noise, too, surprisingly.

Last, I did use balance beads this go around, instead of wheel weights. I prefer not to gunk up the wheels and have fears they'll leave residue or fly off (the latter happened to me in the past).

Regardless, I can't be more happy with how it turned out. :D

just un bolt and remove the crash bars
Exactly this. They slide right out, 2x bolts each. The ones to the rear of the front wheels needed a bit of persuasion. After removing those, I needed to trim a bit of plastic (about a quarters size worth) of the inter guard which won’t negatively affect anything. It’s like these things were made for 35s.

How were you able to get those crash bars out by just unbolting them? I had to cut them in half to pull them out, they were too long and hit the bumper before they were a third of the way out (same in the rear). If I missing something that would make my life a lot easier because I am removing two more sets of these crash bars this week.

The front required zero cutting, but the back needed them to be cut in half. Nothing a sawzall and a diablo thick metal blade couldn't make easy work of. Pic below re: the fronts. You have to unbolt a few bolts and you can pull the bumper away enough to side the fronts out, without cutting. Red arrows you have to remove, orange you might be able to get away with not (but pretty sure I did, the right orange arrow I removed both of those).

Truck looks great ! 👍

My 34s are with +30 rims is only rubbing the front at hard right steer in reverse. I have been just letting it rub, doesn’t seem to be hurting anything. Still tempted to pull the front bars off to stop the rub, but really want to put some covers over the crash bar brackets like I have on my Bronco.

Now I am curious if the crash bar delete covers from the bronco would fit the Ranger Raptor ?

I have them on my Bronco. I just hated the unfinished look the way Ford left it on the SAS Bronco’s.

This only clears from normal street driving? Does clear for off roading?
I have taken mine off road with some decent front and rear articulation and have had zero rubbing. I haven't jumped it, or even come close, so I cannot comment there.

Thank you! If you try to fit them, please let me know. I would definitely scoop a pair (or few pair).

What load rating did you go with?

E, as I knew I was going to be adding weight to the truck in the future. I will inevitably be carrying a Diamondback HD (when they release it) coupled with their crossbin for tools/recovery gear, a rack, pelican case, etc. Not to mention that spare 35 is much heavier under the bed than the stock wheel tire combo. The truck now feels maybe a bit heavier while driving but to be honest, it's negligible at best.

Perfect thanks.
