Ive noticed this intermittently for a couple months now. My daily drive is highway at 130+ km/h for about 45 minutes. the last 10 kms is city streets about 70km/k
right after exiting the highway, taking a right at the light, i get bump at the 4-5 shift point.
It only ever does it after the highway drive. never any other time.

any Ideas?

I've started to notice a "flare" between the 4-5 shift. It's not bad, but noticeable, more irritating than anything, really. But, since it's just started to come on in the last couple of months, it makes me wonder if something is starting to fail. I don't drive the truck hard most of the time, so it's not from abuse, and it's most noticeable in manual shift mode (normal or sport), but it does it in auto sometimes also. It's intermittent - doesn't happen all the time, and not limited to the truck being cold or warm.

I have heard that some trucks are low on transmission fluid from the factory. Since it's such a pain to check the fluid in these trucks, I haven't had a chance to check mine yet.

I am experiencing the same, except it happens almost all the time. 4-5 shift is very rough.

further to my issue i had some bogging issues this morning. again after a run on the highway.
the first time was after 10 minutes on the highway, took an off ramp and was turning left. just no power for a brief moment. Thought I may have hit the LIM switch again, but nope not it. Continued on back on the highway for the remainder of my drive. All was normal until another left handed turn after leaving the highway, but a couple km's later, not immediately. I take the turn, on the gas....nothing....its like it was stuck in a high gear. i pulled over and stopped. shifted to park, everything seemed fine, engine revs smooth. no warning lights. not the LIM again. Put into drive, nothing....just crawling forward with no power.
Shut it off, waited a minute and left like nothing was wrong. I put on the shift selector so I can monitor my gear, and will try and do it for the rest of the week to see whats up.
Going to shoot my dealer an email about it this morning, but i'm sure they'll want it for a test drive, and its intermittent enough they'll never experience it.

And just to keep the thread alive, I noticed this week that I'm getting an occasional flare in 3-4 AND 4-5 now. It's not bad, and it usually only happens at part throttle, but I think this new symptom indicates it's getting worse, not better.

Ive been monitoring the shifting the last couple days, things seem to be shifting like they should. yesterday they were clunky shifts though, up and down. today though as smooth as i remember it.
Crossing my fingers it was a pesky gremlin that went away.
