ACC on splice point under the hood?

Looking for a good ACC ON hot point to splice too under the hood to control a high current relay for my heated seats. Probably around 0.1 A all that's needed. ?

Behind the driverside kick panel. under the bcm are 3 blunt cut wires. a ignition wire trigger(green white stripe) and a marker light trigger, and high beam trigger. My marker and high beam where physically labeled wrong, but the wiring colour matched the ford boby builder guide. aswell as the cab access grommets

What is the deal with what is marked as the Aux relays and aux fuse panel? Are they there and unused?
