Agree. I want to see videos of the Borla exhaust, the MF exhaust is underwhelming. I agree as well. The stock exhaust in Baja mode sounds real good, especially with the upgraded intake.. the combination sounds good.
Following the Borla....seems like a while since the post of the member who lent them his truck for the test install. I really haven't heard anything that sounds better than Baha and if its performance we are after I am interested in the AFE since it claims +17 HP. In the old days the rule of thumb was that every next HP increase cost more than the previous. I am not going for charge pipes or intercooler upgrades so watching AFE.

Any of you guys who have an intake installed possibly want to sell the tube that goes from right after the intake box (air filter box) down to the passenger side turbo inlet?

I installed the dual valve UPR catch car which requires drilling a hole in that tube and I just want the option to go back to stock if/when I want

Thanks

I also installed the dual catch can. I reached out to UPR and S&B (for their upcoming intake) and got concurrence from both that it won't be a problem to drill a hole in the aftermarket tube.
Can't help you on the stock tube though, sorry

Also the factory intake is one of the most restrictive the guys have ever seen.
I don't understand this. Who said this? Why would Ford have designed the world's most restrictive air intake on one of their flagship performance vehicles?

Hello it’s me from the other side. Did you read the rest of my post, or stop at the part you misquoted?
As one of their “flagship performance vehicles” it comes with the least amount of power in the Raptor family. The RR is already cannibalizing sales of the F1 Raptor.
Here’s a great factual data based post from ZFGRacing, explaining intakes. Hope this helps you or others better understand the platform.

Kinda a long read, here's where he points out the RR Intake

es. Since then we've actually improved on the design but not had a chance to get it back on the dyno.

yea that is nuts. I installed the intake and the FP tune at the same time so I noticed a huge difference to stock.

Which RR intake are they referring to?

If it has a lid, pull it off. Let it breath a little more. The way the engine bay is on these not much difference in intake temps running an open or closed airbox. To clarify, with the open ones he refers to in the article, they're as far away from the engine as possible and still safe from the elements.

I rigged this up with the factory piping before we had some made. Cut a little hole big enough to squeeze the air temp sensor in.
Each turbo gets it own air supply, vs the driver side getting leftovers.
