  • 3/16" aluminum for strength and rust-free
  • Options for comms antenna mounts
  • Interchangeable top plates (various size lights, antennas, etc. - more coming!)
The goal for this product was for it to be as minimal and strong as possible. We'll have these wired up with lights and comms tomorrow and will get some better photos, but I couldn't wait to show them off here in the forum. Very happy with how insignificant they are on the hood, but still very strong.

Please ignore the dirty truck. We're in full thrash mode to get ready for the Trail Hero Expeditions event starting Saturday. We'll have it clean before then. 🤣🤣

That looks handy.

Edit: will these be powder coated in the same textured black as your trailer plug kit?

Let me beat on these this coming week. Assuming they pass the test, we'll pump out a bunch of them when I get back from the event. Thanks!!!

Nice looking. My only concern would be the fact they are two piece and it looks like someone with a screwdriver could quickly undo the two screws and be gone.
Was there a reason you designed the brackets in two pieces?

Well, technically, they're allen bolts, which is a much less common tool. That being said, they could easily be swapped to security fasteners if that was a concern.

I did it that way so we could swap out the top plates and not have 500 skus for the various light/antenna combinations. If your needs change (add comms, ditch lights, etc.) you can just change the top plate. Most other brackets just make a large platform and let the customer figure it out. I didn't like how bulky and generic the current products looked. So, these are much more focused and tight-fitting, more inconspicuous.

Honestly, I appreciate this approach. I don't like the way most of the brackets look especially with big lights on them.

I plan to get a set of these to mount Morimoto 2Bangers with a Midland Ghost Antenna. Hoping everything will be super low profile.

Good to hear. I like minimalistic design whenever possible. These turned out exactly as I envisioned. I'll post up some photos this evening with lights on them for reference.

I like the concept and design, don't get me wrong but it's seems anything that is easily removable is quick to become stolen. Given the price of high end ditch lights it seems to become an opportunity for theives. Sadly.
Look at the RR taillights being stolen.

Taillights being stolen? I haven't heard anything about that.
