Anybody put Timbrens on their Ranger Raptor yet?

I have a 2024 RR. The driver side bump stop went on easily and even with the add’l spacers, I have 1.75” of space between the frame and the bump stop. The passenger side, however, looks to require that I use significant force to make the U-bolt fit around a reinforced part of the axle. Anybody figure out a graceful solution before I start pounding?

UPDATE: Called Timbren sales/tech support and confirmed I have the right package. The passenger side u-bolt required just a little elbow grease, some love taps with a hammer, and some blood from my forearms (I was too lazy to pull the wheels), but they’re on. On both the left and the right, I had to slide the bump stops as far out as possible to get the greatest amount of surface contact with the frame while the passenger side had a little less.

With 1.75” of clearance between the top of the bump stops and the frame rails, I didn’t feel the difference at all on my old suburban roads here in Plano TX. Once the trailer was hitched up, they had just a little squish/contact with the frame rails so I feel better about the load on the rear end now.

The Raptor has enough engine, cooling, and axle to pull heavier loads than the standard Ranger, but those squishy rear shocks that let us land 80’ jumps need help when weight is applied! Happy with the money spent on this.

Just a word of caution, even though it is capable of pulling heavier loads, it is still only rated at the factory specs and you could be held liable in the case of an accident towing over weight. Mind you, I am not the towing police, but just a word of warning.

The standard Ranger is rated at 7500lbs towing capacity and the Raptor is 5510lbs - FOR A REASON......and it's all about the advanced suspension. Even though the Raptor obviously out performs the standard Ranger in every way and has the HP, it wasn't built for towing heavy loads. It wouldn't be wise to circumvent that unless you want to start replacing full suspension parts like buying new struts and springs....thus defeating the entire purpose of the truck.

If you wanted to tow more than 5510lbs then maybe you should have bought a different truck.
