The one dealer I was communicating with told me they never opened, can anyone 100% confirm or deny this ? Have not received my confirmation but, was told everything with them went through without a hitch.

In that it must be submitted as a stock order. You won't get a email from Ford. You'll need to get a print off from your dealer. There are NO retail orders on Raptors at this time.

Can't be submitted as priority 10. Has to be stock which is between 20-80. If put in as retail it will be unbuildable and will never be pulled to be built this round.

Our dealer never had issues. Myself submitted retail today for the raptor and it was fine. No errors. Went through like any other retail order.

You won't get confirmation email when they aren't acknowledging retail orders for Raptor yet. I don't understand how these dealers didn't see the bulletin sent to all of them.

Amazing how little most know anything about their own businesses and vehicles.

This is frustrating, as it's your dealer's responsibility to know their business and know what's been shared by Ford to them, etc. It shouldn't take a forum to share info that the dealer should've all ready known.
