Anyone know if there is crash bar / frame plugs for Ranger Raptor?

I am looking for plugs to put into the ends of the crash bars.

I am not sure but the crash bars in front of the firewall look like they might even be the same as the ones seen on the Bronco and one of these Bronco kits might do the trick for those, but the crash bars behind the bumper do seem quite a bit different out on the ends anyway.

These have been around for years for Bronco.

This pics below is the firewall crash bar on the Ranger and looks a lot like one found on the Bronco in that same location. Which this is the one most visible on the Ranger and the one I would like to plug to give it a more finished look.

The below is the Ranger crash bar that’s behind the front bumper, it seems like it might be the same size as the Bronco’s but the Ranger is tapered at the end where the Bronco is squared off. The front bumper crash bars behind that front bumper are pretty well hidden. So not as big a deal to me to find a plug for those but they are cheap and I would get them if they were offered.

This is a pic below of the firewall crash bar plugs for the Bronco. They sure look like they might fit The Ranger too.

I reused the ones from 2019. The fronts are plastic covers. The rear are plugs.

So if I find the parts break down for the crash bars on a 2019 Ranger those end plugs fit the current models?

These do look like a perfect fit.

Awesome , now I just need to figure out the part numbers that work to order some.

I think I found the bars in the parts breakdown but not seeing the plugs in the breakdown..

I blew up that pic that showed a part number and ran searches for number (FL34-5F079-B) and didn’t get anything in my inter-web searches.

Never had any luck finding ford part numbers that work. Went by my local Ford dealer to see if their parts guys could help. Turns out why those plugs are not in the parts break down and not on any of the current Rangers is Ford discontinued those plugs, and they are no longer available.

Seems the firewall crash bar is the same as Bronco so the aftermarket plugs I have found multiple sources for would work for those. I am not sure there is anything out there for the bumper crash bar. That bumper bar has that odd taper mashing that one pretty specific to Ranger.

Yea that seems to be the only way to get the fronts or bumper crash bar plugs.

I went ahead and order some of these for the rear, which the rear are the ones most visible.

I was hopeful maybe some of the other markets had already made plugs.

I imagine most of the aftermarket probably just pulls the bars out anyway to run big tires.

I ordered these. They were only $20 a set with shipping and tax.

Yea that was what I was thinking as well. I am pretty sure that is where all these different ones for Bronco are coming from, just some 3D printed.

I suppose they would need to get one of the fronts to scan or take the data points off of in order to print them. Not really all that familiar with how 3D printer's work.

To add to this thread..I know there are other plugs for the frame square that sell on amazon for $20 but i took the plunge and found these for $7.99 on amazon and they fit. For those that bought the $17-20 ones on amazon, are they hard plastic? These are soft silicon

i think i have those ones. they were super cheap and soft silicon. i was afraid they would come off but they have been on a year now

Keep in mind the simi round one's you guys are refereeing to on the rear of the trucks are not the applicable to the RR. The Frames on the rear of RR is different from the Frames on the back of the non-RR models. Likely due to the totally different suspensions seen on the two.
