Outside of like 1 billion threads on this. Any 25 raptor and any 24 raptor built after 9/12 has this problem resolved.

Just had mine installed. Ordered the bars from Ford and installed at Ford dealer. Ford dealer said save your receipts in case Ford issues a reimbursement notice. Ford already reimbursed those who bought a cover and had the bars installed through Ford.
