Yeah, I was corresponding with a Fraser on the timetable for this and he stopped responding so I’m assuming that an amp update may have gotten axed. I think the Zen A2b interface is actually the upgraded Mobridge device and they are now marketed in the US through Zen exclusively and that relationship may have something to do with that amp upgrade getting sidelined, This is speculation on my part, but the correspondence and timeframe sort of lines up, (as does the tariff stuff that doesn’t help with overseas product marketing).

No regrets not waiting tho, I spent more $$ (way) than I originally planned, but it makes driving and listening to music a special event every time I push the START button. ….and those subliminal forum messages in my head didn’t help lol.

They are out now, went through the same but had to wait as it’s the only single amp setup. I don’t want to waste any storage space under the seat so I need the factory sub space for my sub box not another amp. I don’t know what the difference is from the previous version other than it’s black, supposed to have some differences but I have not seen anything updated on their website. I had to search for the center speaker adaptor since it’s not common and found only one seller on eBay. My setup is going to be hertz Mille legend in front and Mille pro in rear with JL 13tw5 sub. Just finishing up the sound deadening in the doors and made custom printed adaptors for 5 speakers so far. I have to figure out the tweeters as they are huge. Then I can start making the sub enclosure which will take almost the whole back wall to the left of the center belt.
