Anyone know the drop specifications for a fixed hitch and ball? Ford dealers have no idea, I contacted two today.

Not trying to be difficult, but I don't even know what your question means. The drop of your hitch ball depends on what mount you use. I use a 4" inch drop (but have now decided I need another inch of drop). What are you getting at?

I purchased a 5 3/4 drop fixed hitch from u-haul, I have not used it yet but it looks correct.

I bought a 9" drop hitch from Amazon and it's perfect for my two trailers that require approximately a 12" height. I also own one of those fancy adjustable hitches but it's heavy and clunky and I've heard they get stolen often despite the Master Lock Kits so I'm reluctant to leave it on all the time since the truck is my daily driver.

I was just looking for a recommendation as a starting point, a 4" drop would be too high. Just a boat trailer with 13" wheels and I know it depends on the trailer.

I bought this one on amazon. Easy to adjust, works great. Full disclosure, this is an affiliate link.

Considering everything you get with it that's a heck of a good deal. I've never seen one that even comes close to it.
