I have noticed two "bumps" on the flat surface when the rear seat is folded down. They seem to be two bolts or something similar that are protruding slightly on the fabric. I imagine this will wear through the fabric soon. Anyone else notice this?

The bigger bumps can be removed by pulling the center headrest out entirely, but yeah it’s not a particularly flat surface, lots of metalwork underneath the fabric.

Mine is already showing some decent wear after a few trips with the dogs kennels sitting on top of it. If it starts wearing all the way through ill probably take it by my locally auto upholstery shop and have them remove the cloth, fabricate a flat surface and reinstall a more durable cloth too.

The added bonus of removing the back headrests is that you can now see safely using the rear view mirror 👍
