Do you have yours mounted and if so, how/where? Also, is it permanently taking up the OBDII port? (I have a banks pedal monster I’m thinking of reinstalling since the truck was FP tuned.

It does not need to be plugged in all the time .
Load it and unplug and put it in a safe place. Your stock tune is saved in it.

It comes with a suction mount for the windshield If you want live monitoring it has to be plugged in all the time .If you want the peddle monster you will have to find a Y cable so you can share the OBD plug https://www.summitracing.com/parts/gbe-63735?seid=srese1&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=1046160366

At a glance that looks a lot like what I have exposed through my scan gauge 3, and I’m guessing anything else that uses the obd port. I think a lot of it is exposed on the standard OBDLINK companion app for OBDLINK mx+ (and their non-Bluetooth siblings). It’s sad. It I’ve resorted to using either of these just to expose my battery voltage since I can’t do that on either the dashboard the center screen.

I just got the tune installed about a week ago. The dealer mounted it on the lower left corner of the windshield. I didn't like it being there so I just unplugged it and left the wiring plugged into the port. I can't think of any reason I would want to mess with it while the truck is running. I'm 78 and see no need to be distracted by the tuner when I'm happy with how it runs

Regarding the tune, I love it after just one week. Really sorry I didn't do it sooner. I

Mine is also in the house. The dealer mounted it on the lower left of the windshield but I didnt want people seeing it and thinking it's something to steal
