FordPass app issue

FordPass app showing a blank screen when trying to view rewards points, yet on Ford.com the rewards info shows up. Is anyone else having this issue?

Mine is working.
No blank screens
If it makes a difference mine is Android.
It's worked fine every time I have opened it.

On my iPhone it's blank. I fix it by doing the mid-swipe up to change apps. It usually loads while in between, and then I can go back in to the app, if that makes sense.

Mine is working, but I just updated my Ford Pass App last night. You might look to see if you have an update pending.

I had a similar issue last week. If I let my phone sit for 5-10 minutes, the screen eventually populated.

I just checked and it is acting up again. if you leave it on that page, it should open.

As it turned out, I couldn’t use my points for the sweatshirt I wanted to order anyway. Ugh!
