FP Tune Towing?

I have looked and can’t find a definitive answer if the FP tune alters tow mode in any way. If so what changes were made if known? For those that have this tune is a difference noticeable while in tow mode? I have been towing and am so far very pleased with the performance and tow mode of the RR.

This has all been covered on the Ranger Raptor Pro Cal thread in great detail. But this is a quick summary.

Also note that if you look at the Explorer ST Pro Cal, it explicitly says "Do Not Tow" with the Pro Cal, but all the trucks (Rangers and F-150's) maintain full towing capability, actually it's improved over factory a bit due to slightly more optimized engine breaking.

I actually gave them a call this morning. He responded by saying they were not given details on what for done for a specific drive mode. His suspicion was that only shift mapping may have been revised for Tow mode. He mentioned that the specifics may be proprietary as to why those details were not disclosed to them. Thanks for the suggestion though

TFL test proves they did something; the brake applications went from 7 down to 4 in the same test on the same truck on the same road with the same load. It was one of the best they had for mid-sized trucks.
