Got it.. stock order… not!

I put my order in today for a shelter green Raptor. The order guy said it has to go in as a stock order. The weird thing was he could only select color. Said he wasn't able to add options. This was fine with me since I didn't really nedd any of them. It's pretty nice the way it comes.

We can't wait for you to receive it, hope you love the shelter green.

Retail orders are price protected & stock orders are not, Ford can raise the price & there’s nothing that anyone can do about it.

Check with the guy who ordered it for you. I didn’t get an email but my dealer did and he forwarded it to me. My email was correct on the order as well

Update ... @Bt_okst ... you were correct on the stock order for the first one ... but like I said, my Order manager called me when Ford told them to put in the first one and had it re-ordered as a stock unit as per my build. so apologies sir ... while you were right, it only makes sense that the first stock order would be converted to the build of the first customer that was getting one.

I ordered mine 10 days ago and it was entered into the system as "Retail" with priority 10. After not receiving an email from Ford I stopped by the dealer to see why. They looked up my order, showed me it has been received by Ford and was in the system (along with 4 other Rangers - not Raptors) and that everything looked good. They had no explanation for why I have not received an email from Ford. Should I be concerned?

They probably just didn't put your email in or got it wrong. Just call them and get your order number.
