How does it compare to the Maverick? I have the Bronco Sport, its platform mate, & considering an upgrade to a Ranger.

I test drove a Maverick before ending up with the Ranger. Pretty sure it was the best choice I could make! I'm 6'7 and the Ranger had much better use of space.

Night and day. The Maverick was a Lariat Lux with everything sun roof tow package everything. But it's still a base vehicle. I drove the litte Bronco. It felt the same. The Raptor rides better seats are great and tons of power.

Thanks, that actually compares with some of my thoughts as well. Even when you throw the option book at it it doesn’t feel like my old F150 Lariat. Better seats are an absolute must.

I own both a Ranger and a Bronco Sport that is primarily the wife's vehicle and it is a night and day difference. The Bronco Sport is fine for what it is, but just feels like point A to B transportation. The Ranger has a better ride and power, plus you can actually use it for truck needs the Bronco Sport cannot handle.

Thanks Hoot. That’s the other half of my thoughts. It’s fine as a city runabout, which is what I evaluated it for when purchasing, without considering the disadvantages of that. But ultimately feels like an Escape with big tires. Which is what it is. Not that I’m doing a lot of truck stuff as I get older. I can still fit flat pack furniture in the Sport, just you’ll be folding down the seats every time. I’ve always been a truck guy, so even considering all I’m hauling most of the time is a box of air, I am definitely considering going to a Ranger.

Great color, don't do decals but another color you don't see much and I might have chosen. Challenge is not being able to see various colors on actual trucks as opposed to the only online. Considering that my dealer has a nice Mav Lariat for $40K, $57K for my Raptor doesn't sound bad, and the $36K I paid for my Ranger Lariat seems like a steal. Again great color.
