Has anyone gotten their FordPass points?

Lots of good information here. Reads like it was written a couple of years ago due to mentioning points are no longer earned with the Ford credit card, and changes in the number of points earned for purchasing a new Ford. Still, lots of details regarding Ford points

So I have my "preferred dealer" set in the app. It's the Ford dealer on the other side of this small town. When I'm in the app and go to redeem points, select Ford parts, and put some in the cart, the app is saying to pick up the parts in Dearborn, MI. Yeah, I'm not making the drive. So, I attempt to set my dealer there too, except the app doesn't see the dealer here or up in Bowling Green (18mi away).

You can order parts using your points at any dealer but you can only do it in person.
