Has anyone gotten their FordPass points?

It’s been 2 months since I purchased my RR and I still have 0 points. I was curious if you all have gotten yours, and how long it took?

Three weeks now and still no points.

got mine next day, because I went in on the points and manually entered my sale. lol was under missing points or something.

I got mine in about 2 weeks and used them to pay for part of the hood liner pad that Ford decided we didn't need.

Thanks for this! I was able to enter my Ranger purchase, and BOOM! 31,000 points.

How does that work? I purchased my truck four weeks ago and still at zero.

Edit: never mind. Dang that was easy. Click new vehicle, date of purchase, and instant points. Didn’t know that was there - thanks!

glad to help. I stumbled across it when I was digging into the settings and stuff when I set the account up. and was ohh? yeah lets enter the stuff. boom right away. was like "fuck yeah!! "

Interesting. I had a Ford Pass account that I set up a few weeks prior to delivery, but the dealership never asked for any of that info. Maybe they set up a different account or something for me. I’ll reach out to Ford and get this figured out. I appreciate the help.

Make sure your servicing dealer is set up in the Ford Pass App. FORD decided that they wouldn't issue point until the customer has that set up

So I have my "preferred dealer" set in the app. It's the Ford dealer on the other side of this small town. When I'm in the app and go to redeem points, select Ford parts, and put some in the cart, the app is saying to pick up the parts in Dearborn, MI. Yeah, I'm not making the drive. So, I attempt to set my dealer there too, except the app doesn't see the dealer here or up in Bowling Green (18mi away).

The other thing is I selected "redeem points" but the OEM parts are shown in dollars.

Just not a usable app for redeeming points. I'll try with the laptop tomorrow.

Of the three Rangers I purchased over the past 60 days. The RR and one of the Lariat‘s points showed up within 48 hours of purchase, the other Lariat’s points still have not showed up, been a couple weeks or more now.

Also tried the add procedure says not found , wait 30 days .
‘All show in my dashboard , all have preferred dealer setup for service alerts.
All steps have been completed. Still no points on that one.
