I am planning to run low (8") bed rails with a BakX4s Tonneau. The bed rails can be installed anywhere in the bed (not isolated to the stake pockets or anything). Longshot here - but can someone with a BakX4s measure distance to the cab at the point where the tonneau is rolled to an 8" diameter (where it will clear under the bars)? Trying to figure out where this setup will position the front crossbar and whether it will work for my usage. Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't have a 10" riser, but I think it might still work out for my usage.

Appreciate any help!

Just measured my X4ST (tracks) on a 24 RR. It's a little tough to get a precise height, but from the bed rail top, it seems mine just barely hits 8" even when fully rolled, though it's so close, YMMV. I'd imagine at worst, you could push down on it a little, or finagle the way it rolls, to get it to clear 8" if necessary. Because it rolls up into an elliptical shape, it appears to reach maximum height of 8" real close to 11" from the rear window, then drops a little in the last few inches.

That’s awesome. Thanks a lot for your help!

Not inclined to pay more than I have to but that price (and zero reviews) makes me question the quality a little. How long have you had yours and how has it held up? Any photos?
Yeah I saw no reviews but figured if it was cheap I would send it back. I was very please with the quality for 179.00, welds look pretty decent.
Its rock solid once installed, I have the t-slot model and it bolted up very nice. Tonneau fully rolled up clears with 1 inch.
