Private vehicles are not allowed to be driven in the dunes, only vehicles registered for tourist transportation with the city.

The driver has been fined and the truck impounded. and local politicians are asking for an investigation into a possible environmental crime and for risking the safety of the tourists in the yellow beach buggy.

The impact was so hard that the driver of the truck was knocked unconscious and had to be taken to a hospital.

Because it was a tourist taking a video that had nothing to do with the Truck. Lucky for the rest of the world he happened to be in a spot and shooting to get this video!
