Just a couple of questions for those that made the switch from the Bronco to a RR:

1). The back seat - will it accommodate 3 kids all out of boosters (ages 8-13)? Not looking to take long road trips, but for going around town and the occasional 2-3 hr ride?

2). Gas mileage and tank size seem similar, but it seems like way more RR owners complain about gas than Bronco owners. Can I expect about similar range with a full tank and consistent driving style?

Anything else that’s worth sharing, good/bad/otherwise? Coming up on 3 years of Bronco ownership and it’s been rock solid, no real complaints, just getting the itch to try something new and always wanted a pickup. Thanks!

big difference between the two. The back seat answer is yes, three adults will fit, children for sure. Gas, yes the RR probably gets 18ish, you can look that up, but depends on driver type. One is a SUV feel the other a truck, soooooo

If you need a pick up bed, the ranger is a better fit. The 2nd row seat is about the same in both. The RRaptor is a performance vehicle so unless coming from a Braptor there isn't really appreciate ny comparison.

I hated my bronco. Cheap rattle trap. Ive loved my RRaptor, however. More useful vehicle and with a hard roll top tonneau on it, I can do what I did in my bronco, but have a pickup bed when I need it. The RRaptor rides, drives, and performs so much better. Wind noise and rattles are way improved over the bronco since it doesn't have the poorly executed removable hardtop roof.

Do you actually wheel your rigs? The angles on a Ranger aren’t nearly as good. It’s also longer with a longer turning radius.

Ranger is a lot quieter inside and more refined on road manors for sure.
Compared to Bronco SAS 2.7L range.
The Ranger Raptor has a little bit more range.

Fuel economy wise my RRaptor gets 14 to 15 town and 16 to 18 hwy. Depends on speed, wind direction, etc.

My first edition sasquatch bronco got 13 town and about 16 to 17 hwy. So not any better than the RRaptor.

And the performance of the 3.0l in the RRaptor blows away the performance of the 2.7 in the bronco.

Well said, saw the exact same sort of number comparing my old 23 Bronco to both my current RRs,

Not what you asked, but I came from a 2DR Bronco that I liked just fine and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made, from a First World perspective.

Presently own a 2025 Ranger raptor purchased in November. And a 2022 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch. Ranger has a bit more range on a tank. More room in back seat of ranger of course with Bronco being a 2 door. Ranger being the new vehicle im driving it more I can't see that changing as I commute on a gravel road the Raptor Definitely rides better

my RR gets about 21-22hwy and a 16mpg average. My bronco badlands got roughly the same with the 2.7 and 35's. I needed a truck way more than the SUV so i switched. I put 30k on my Badlands. I loved offroading it but the thing was loud inside. RR is much quieter and more refined but not as good offroad. Space is about the same inside but cargo space with the bed is much more. Both my boys fit in back fine but they are young yet.
