Instrument cluster screen turns on after locking vehicle

Just wondering if anyone has had issues with the instrument cluster screen turning back on after the vehicle has been locked? Walked past my Ranger the other day to find a blue screen, seems to stay on for hours. All doors are closed. Dealer reccomended to disconect battery, didnt fix it.

I’ve had this happen twice. Both times I left the sliding rear window open and locked the vehicle, walked away. Now I check that little window before walking away to make sure it’s closed. Hasn’t happened since.

Yes. Happened a lot when I first got the truck, but after whatever updates have happened (I'm not sure which one may have affected this), it's happening less frequently.

It's annoying and frustrating. I've been working from home or taking transit to work and not driving often, and I'm concerned I'll go to drive it and the battery will be dead.

My dealer has been really good, but they had nothing for this behavior.
