My wife's Escape and the RR have done that a couple of times. Use the app to lock the doors and it fixes itself.

No but hitting door unlock does it.

Yes I have used the unlock several times on the Edge and Ranger.

Love the app - especially for storing all the services & dates that have been done on my RRaptor.

No but hitting door unlock does it.

When I check to see if my wife is on her way home I pull down on the screen which displays a spinning circle as it refreshes. Then the location is spot on.

I hope it can be turned off, as I have done on my phones and pc. It isn't something I want AT ALL.

It'll just get turned on again after a mandatory update.
