Bought the OEM LEER Ford Hard Folding 4-Panel Bed Cover (Leer HF650M) and its already bubbling as seen in below pic. Not even 3 months old. Anyone else have this happen yet?

I have had mine since January 15 2025 and live in the Northeast so lots of snow throughout the winter and all it’s done until this week rain…..not sure which model I have it was put on at the dealership but it dose have the Ford logo. I know it has a warranty so of the time you had yours, it’s gonna be still covered.

Check where you're parking it. Low-E glass melting stuff is a very real problem.

I have had quite a few trucks with tonneau covers and never seen that happen.

Leer will be sending a replacment no questions asked, I need to wait a month to get it since they said its currently on backorder.

Looks like it was a bad batch of covers, so be on the lookout if you bought one of these like I did in March 2025.

I'm sure Leer will warranty something like that, must have an issue with whatever adhesive they use for the laminate.
